From pharmaceuticals to software to financial management, nearly every business sector has a sales manager building relationships and closing deals. The most successful sales managers develop a thorough understanding of the products and services they sell, find leads and close deals easily, and can coach and mentor a team of salespeople to do the same. Educations :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration (BBA)
  • Development experience In marketing.
  • Other marketing filed experiences.

 Roles & Responsibilities

  •  Assist with inventory management.
  • Planning the sales strategy and Optimization of sales.
  • Searching for clients who might benefit from the company’s products.
  • Plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Tracking sales team metrics and sharing them with company leadership.

Must-Have

  •  Superb leadership ability.
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational.
  • in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

  • Defining, implementing & innovating sales plans.
